Botanical Plates

As our gardens become lush, I invite you to bring a bit of your favorite plant in for a fun and easy beginner level hand-building project. Join Robin in the clay studio and make your own botanical plate by pressing herbs, leaves and flowers into clay before forming it over a mold. There are 3 shapes available and I’ll have a variety of plant material here to choose from, but if you have something special growing at home that you think would be lovely pressed into clay, feel free to bring some along! After crafting your plate we’ll choose glaze colors. All materials included in the cost of class, ages 14 and up, age 8-13 if accompanied by an adult.
