Join Robin in the clay studio to make ornaments to keep or gift. Class has been planned early enough in the month to allow time to fire the ornaments and get them returned early enough to hang on this year’s tree if you like. Students will be instructed in how to take a slab of clay rolled thin and texture it with fir branches before cutting out the shapes. The texture can be colored with underglaze for contrast. All materials are included and we have a large variety of cutters to choose from. If you have cookie cutters that you wish to use, or fir branches from your trees, you are welcome to bring them. This is a beginner level craft and is open to folks of all ages. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Cost is $40 per person and you will be given enough clay to make a set of at least 8 ornaments depending on sizes.
