Need a little more light in your life this winter? Join Robin in the clay studio and craft yourself a clay luminary. Students will be guided through the process of cutting the clay and shaping the form, then decorating. Luminaries can be valentine themed or simply decorated to suit your tastes. Once complete, pieces will be glazed and high fired and will be returned in about 4-6 weeks. Students can use real or battery op candles to light up their luminaries. The cutouts cast really cool shadows on the walls too.
No experience needed, all materials included. Open to students age 16 and up, age 12-15 if accompanied by an adult. Cost is $45 per person.
