Come and learn about the ancient art of bookbinding and craft your own book, in the first class of the Art Journaling Series. Instructor Amber Judy will lead you through the process of crafting your own unique journal.
Topics include: a brief history of bookbinding, materials used, ancient and modern techniques (like Saddle stitching and perfect bound!) This class culminates in saddle stitching your very own blank art journal made from recycled materials.
This class is considered optional, but highly recommended for the Art Journaling Series.
Cost is $30 per person, includes all materials and class handout; Ages 12+ Students are welcome to come in costume. Trick or Treaters are encouraged!
